Built during the 1980’s Evans Mill Pond is a community of 48 town and two single family homes located in McLean, VA. Our homes are convenient to Tyson’s Corner and downtown McLean. Located off of Balls Hill Road, our residents enjoy easy access to DC, the Dulles Access Road, METRO and to the Beltway.
One of Evans Mill Pond’s nicest features, aside from the people who live here, is our wooded setting. Our mature landscaping and our large pond, make our community a uniquely beautiful place to live.
